In a high-tech low-life cyberpunk city like this, you’ll get nowhere by playing by the rules. Your illegally modified bike is your only ticket out of this sprawl. Make your mark in the underground racing scene, or die trying. Competing in illegal street races wins you money, but more importantly status with the various characters and gangs around the city.
